Juventus head coach Massimiliano Allegri has achieved a historic milestone in Serie A.

On Sunday, February 25th, the Old Lady secured a hard-fought victory against Frosinone (3:2). Following today's success, the Italian became the first coach in Serie A history to surpass the 1000-point mark.

In 496 matches in the elite Italian division, Allegri secured 301 victories, 99 draws, and 96 defeats as the manager of Cagliari, Milan, and Juventus. He has clinched six Serie A titles, with five consecutive triumphs at Juventus from 2014 to 2019 and the first one with Milan in the 2010/11 season.

The Bianconeri were going through a rough patch before today's match. In their previous four Serie A encounters, the Old Lady had only garnered two points. The game against Frosinone seemed to be heading towards a draw, but in injury time, the victory was sealed for the Turin giants by Daniele Rugani.
