Maresca urged Chelsea players to ignore external pressure

London Chelsea can not boast a stable game for a long time, and then there is a conflict in the club's management. Obviously, all this will put pressure on the players, but their manager Enzo Maresca remains calm.
The Chelsea head coach has urged his charges to ignore external factors and focus on the only thing the players are in a position to change - the performance on the pitch:
‘I said in the press conference the other day that results are the only thing we can control, so we try to do our best. The players try to do their best on the pitch because on social media they can read and see everything, but I told them that's not something we can do.
We just try to prepare our games in the best way we can and the most important thing we can learn is that in this type of game you need something different and not just the tactical part. You need something internal, you need to win duels, and every game is different. Maybe in the game against Crystal Palace we deserved to win, but this is football, we didn't win,’ Maresca was quoted as saying by Sky Sports.
