Maresca named two coveted transfers as Chelsea head coach

So far, we learn about the appointment of Leicester head coach Enzo Maresca to a similar position at Chelsea only from the media, but the press has already revealed the first transfer plans of the specialist at the post of "blue".

Thus, the publication El Nacional reports that the Italian would like to invite to "Stamford Bridge" two players from Barcelona, namely Rafinha and Jules Counde. It is emphasised that due to financial problems "blaugrana" needs financial influence, and the players themselves have been linked with leaving the Camp Nou, so the transfer of these players to an English club does not seem unrealistic.

In addition to the Barcelona players, Maresca also intends to solve a rather painful for Chelsea last season position of centre forward, betting on experienced Inter striker Lautaro Martinez.

The Argentine was previously linked with the London club as a plan B in case the signing of Napoli forward Victor Osimhen failed, but the cost of the move was estimated at £100m.
