Marco Palestra one step away from a new club! And it's not Manchester City

Atalanta's 21-year-old defender Marco Palestra has decided on his new club.

Details: According to journalist Matteo Moretto, the agent of defender Marco Palestra, Alessandro Lucci, is currently in Milan, working to speed up the signing of a contract between Atalanta and Inter.

It is reported that both sides are finalizing the last details of the agreement, and the young defender is set to undergo a medical in the coming days. Inter will pay around 40 million euros for Palestra, with the reigning champions confident that the Italian can fill the shoes of Denzel Dumfries, who is set to join Real Madrid.

Last season, Palestra played 37 matches for Cagliari, scoring one goal and providing four assists.
