“Growing up, my vision was playing for AFC Leopards. It was the only team on my mind. I didn’t know any other teams because of my cousin Edu, Even playing back at home, I had kits for AFC Leopards because he used to bring them to me. When I was breaking into the senior team, he was leaving for Nzoia and gave me the encouragement I needed, I was given a five-year contract. I made the mistake of not reading the contract, “I had so much pride in signing for AFC that I didn’t bother to read it.
