Manchester United intends to make another attempt to sign Xavi Simons, whose contract belongs to PSG. Last summer, the Red Devils tried to acquire the player but were turned down. According to L'Equipe, PSG is not considering a permanent transfer of the midfielder, preferring to loan him out again.

It was previously noted that the player does not want to return to PSG. Last season, he spent on loan at German club Leipzig. A decision regarding the player's future will be made as soon as possible after Euro 2024.

Currently, the 21-year-old Dutch midfielder believes that the French club cannot provide him with the necessary environment for further development, despite Luis Enrique recognizing his talents. According to reports, Simons is seeking a leadership role and regular playing time, which PSG cannot guarantee him.

This season, the 21-year-old has played 43 matches in all competitions, scoring 10 goals and providing 15 assists. The Dutchman's transfer value is estimated at €80 million.
