Sangaré is reportedly being considered as a long-term solution to the central midfield issue, with his relatively modest price tag giving him an edge over the likes of Carlos Baleba, Adam Wharton, and Elliot Anderson.
Alongside United, Tottenham and Chelsea are also closely monitoring Sangaré’s situation.
Sangaré joined Lens from Rapid this summer for €8 million. The 23-year-old Malian has made 15 appearances this season, scoring one goal and providing one assist.
His current contract with Lens runs until 2030, and his market value is estimated by Transfermarkt at €15 million.
