Manchester United Target El Hadji Malick Diouf to Strengthen Left-Back Options

Manchester United are reportedly monitoring a move for El Hadji Malick Diouf as they look to strengthen their options at left-back ahead of the upcoming season.

According to The Guardian, the Premier League giants have identified the West Ham United defender as a key target, with the club aiming to bring in stronger competition for long-term option Luke Shaw.

Diouf has enjoyed an impressive start to life in England following his move to West Ham, quickly adapting to the demands of the Premier League. The Senegal international joined the Hammers from Slavia Prague in a deal worth around £19 million and has since established himself as a reliable presence in defence.
