The Portuguese midfielder could be on his way back to the Premier League.
Details: According to The Daily Briefing, Manchester United are seriously considering signing the 28-year-old defensive midfielder from Saudi side Al Hilal and the Portuguese national team—Rúben Neves.
Reports suggest that Neves has made it clear he wants to return to Europe to boost his chances of playing for the national team, something that is difficult to achieve while playing in Saudi Arabia.
One of the potential destinations for Neves is Manchester United, who are actively searching for reinforcements in the central midfield area.

One of the main obstacles to the transfer is Neves’ high salary at Al Hilal, a wage Manchester United are reportedly unwilling to match.
This season, Neves has played 13 matches for his club, scoring 3 goals and providing 1 assist.
His current contract with the Saudi club runs until the summer of 2026, and unless he signs an extension, Neves could leave on a free transfer in just six months.
Transfermarkt currently values Rúben Neves at 25 million euros.
