Manchester United midfielder has become a shareholder in the Spanish club

Manchester United midfielder Casemiro has become a shareholder in Spanish club Marbella, which competes in the third division.
The 32-year-old Brazilian footballer has been officially appointed as a new member of the board of directors.
“It is a great honor for me to join Marbella Football Club. My greatest motivation is the impressive growth potential of the club. I have visited Marbella several times with my family, and we all fell in love with this city, with which we want to be connected for life. I am confident that together we will dream of bringing Marbella to the pinnacle of Spanish football. But for now, we must enjoy our promotion,” said Casemiro.
Marbella was promoted at the end of the 2023/24 season. The team finished third in the regular season and then won the playoff for promotion.
Casemiro has been playing for Manchester United since 2022. In the past season, the midfielder appeared in 32 matches for the “Red Devils,” scoring 5 goals and providing 3 assists.
