Manchester United meekly lost to Nottingham Forest away

Manchester United suffered a lackluster defeat against Nottingham Forest on the road. In today's final match, Rasmus Hojlund was absent from the Red Devils' lineup despite scoring his debut goal in the Premier League in the previous match. Ten Hag explained his absence was due to a cold.

The game proved quite intriguing in terms of goal-scoring moments and threatening situations, with all the major events occurring after halftime. The hosts took the lead in the 64th minute when Nicolas Dominguez struck a powerful shot. Fifteen minutes later, Rashford equalized, but shortly after, Forest regained the lead through Gibbs-White's precise strike. The score remained unchanged, marking United's fifth defeat in December.
