Manchester United Identifies Key Position to Strengthen Under Amorim's System
During the November international break, Manchester United appointed a new head coach, Ruben Amorim, formerly of Sporting CP. The club has now identified the position it intends to bolster under the Portuguese manager.
Details: According to insider Fabrizio Romano, the Red Devils plan to strengthen the left-back position in 2025. The club is already scouting options and has more than three candidates on its shortlist. The move could happen either in January or in the summer, though it is more likely to occur during the summer transfer window.
By the way, it was recently reported that Manchester United dreams of signing Bayern Munich's left-back Alphonso Davies. The Canadian defender is said to be the club's top target for next summer.
