Manchester United have not given up on Carlos Baleba
The Red Devils are keen to sign the Cameroonian before the World Cup kicks off.
Manchester United remain interested in Carlos Baleba. The club had expressed their desire to secure the services of the 22-year-old midfielder last summer, but negotiations failed to reach a conclusion.
However, the Red Devils still want to sign the Cameroonian international. According to Sky Sports, Manchester United’s management have made Baleba a priority for this summer. The club is keen to speed up the process to secure the 22-year-old’s services as soon as possible. Indeed, the Red Devils would like to bring the Cameroonian to Old Trafford even before the World Cup kicks off on 11 June.
However, Carlos Baleba is under contract with Brighton until 2028. But the Seagulls are reportedly not opposed to their midfielder’s departure, provided the conditions for his transfer are met.
