Manchester United extends contract with young talent
Manchester United may not be delivering consistent results at the moment, but the club boasts a number of highly talented young players. One of them has just secured a long-term future with the Red Devils.
Details: The club’s official website has confirmed that Ethan Wheatley—one of Manchester United’s brightest prospects—has signed a contract extension until June 2028.
Quote: "Another proud moment for me and my family," the player stated.
Meanwhile, Joachim Löw, Julen Lopetegui, and Massimiliano Allegri are reportedly being considered by Manchester United should the club decide to part ways with Ruben Amorim.
Reminder: Earlier, United's head coach Ruben Amorim explained why Antony failed to make an impact at the club and was sent out on loan. According to the Portuguese manager, the winger lacked the necessary physical attributes.
However, Antony's agent, Júnior Pedroso, strongly disagrees with that assessment.
