Manchester United requested their town rivals, Manchester City, to take two of their players on board their private jet for the Ballon d'Or ceremony. However, the "Red Devils" received a rejection from the Premier League champions.
Details: According to the Daily Mail, United wanted Alejandro Garnacho and Kobbie Mainoo to fly to the prestigious event with City players on the private plane rented by the reigning champions.

Unfortunately for the representatives of the red side of Manchester, they were informed that there were no available seats on the flight, and the club would need to arrange alternative options.
