Man United set to stage hundreds of millions of pounds squad sale
Manchester United recently made expensive purchases in the form of Joshua Zirkzee and Leni Yoro. Now the Mancunians need to make amends. And they will need to do it with quality.
These two transfers have already totalled £88 million and, according to FourFourTwo, Old Trafford have no intention of stopping there. But, all purchases are subject to profit and sustainability rules, so they need to be repaid with sales.
"Mancunians" in the summer are ready to consider offers for the following players: Victor Lindelöf, Aaron van Bissaka, Christian Eriksen, Harry Maguire, Scott McTominay, Antony and Jadon Sancho.
Manchester United paid a combined £320million for these seven, but it is unlikely that they can expect to recoup every penny spent on them at Old Trafford.
There are already offers for some of them. For example, Sancho is interested in PSG, while Galatasaray are currently negotiating for Van Bissaka.
