Details: According to the Daily Mail, the Red Devils are preparing to offer Højlund to Italy’s Napoli. Before his move to Old Trafford, the Dane played in Serie A with Atalanta. The newly crowned champions of Italy are reportedly ready to send Victor Osimhen the other way, but are demanding an extra £33.5 million in cash as part of the deal.
It is believed that Manchester United have dispatched recruitment specialist Matt Hargreaves to Naples to try to convince Napoli president Aurelio De Laurentiis and sporting director Giovanni Manna to accept the deal.
Reminder: Last season, Osimhen spent time on loan at Galatasaray, where he also lifted the Turkish championship and added an impressive 36 goals to his scoring tally.
