Valencia's primary goalkeeper, Giorgi Mamardashvili, is likely to leave the club after Euro 2024, as he is in demand by many top clubs. Therefore, Valencia has already found a replacement for their goalkeeper.
Today, Valencia officially announced the signing of North Macedonia's national team goalkeeper, Stole Dimitrievski, who has been successfully playing for Rayo Vallecano since January 2019.
The 30-year-old goalkeeper joined Valencia as a free agent and signed a two-year contract.
For Rayo Vallecano, Dimitrievski played 127 matches in La Liga and kept 34 clean sheets.
Valencia finished last season in La Liga in ninth place.
