The Dortmund leaders may leave the club as early as this summer.
Details: According to GOAL, Borussia Dortmund’s management has decided to put 30-year-old Guinean striker Serhou Guirassy and 24-year-old winger Karim Adeyemi up for transfer.
It is reported that the difficult and radical decision comes as a result of Borussia’s financial difficulties, which could leave them with a transfer budget of just 20 million euros for the summer window—a catastrophic figure for a club of Dortmund’s stature.
Failures in European competitions have also forced the club to reconsider the current contracts of some of its key players, whose salaries are putting significant pressure on the wage bill.

As for Adeyemi, he has played 34 matches for the club this season, scoring 8 goals and delivering 5 assists. His contract with Borussia is valid until the summer of 2027, and Transfermarkt values him at 60 million euros.
