Made history. Danny Welbeck becomes Brighton's top scorer in the EPL


Former England international Danny Welbeck is rewriting Brighton's history. The 34-year-old forward is enjoying one of the best seasons of his career in terms of scoring in the English Premier League.
In today's game against Crystal Palace, the forward made his first start in two months in a Premier League match and fully repaid the coach's trust. In the 31st minute, Welbeck scored a stunning goal to equalize the match.
Notably, this goal was historic for the striker in the Seagulls' lineup. With 31 goals, Welbeck became Brighton's top scorer in the Premier League, surpassing Pascal Groß.
Additionally, for the former Arsenal and Man United player, this season is going splendidly. He has already scored 9 goals in all competitions and is helping the club fight for a spot in European competitions next season.
