Rhodri Giggs, the brother of Manchester United legend Ryan Giggs, revisited the infamous scandal involving his ex-wife Natasha’s affair with Ryan while responding to a comment on X (formerly Twitter).
Rhodri revealed that the controversy, which once caused him great distress, ultimately brought him a significant financial gain. According to him, he earned around £1 million from the scandal, which he admitted was a satisfying silver lining despite the betrayal he endured.
The affair first came to light in 2011, when Natasha publicly admitted to having a secret relationship with Ryan. The two had reportedly been involved since 2003, meeting behind their spouses’ backs for years. After Natasha’s confession, Rhodri divorced her, and she later remarried. Rodri has since moved on and is now raising two children with another woman.
Rhodri has also claimed that Natasha was unfaithful with other footballers, not just his brother. Speaking to The Sun in 2021 about Ryan, he remarked:
"Ryan deserved to be on a pedestal because of his career. But he ruined his legacy by doing what he did."
Meanwhile, Ryan Giggs recently welcomed a baby daughter with his 36-year-old partner Zara Charles.
