Mac Allister admits he hopes for Arsenal defeats

This season, Arsenal is battling Liverpool for the Premier League title, with many believing the Gunners have already fallen behind in the race. However, that doesn’t stop Reds midfielder Alexis Mac Allister from rooting against their rivals.

Details: The Argentine admitted that he wants Arsenal to lose and sees nothing wrong with that mindset.

Quote: “You want them to lose—I think that’s completely normal because it makes our lives easier. When I watch, I don’t enjoy it; I’d rather play against them. We have many tough games ahead, and we know they are a very strong team that will keep pushing us,” Mac Allister told football.london.

Reminder: Earlier, some bookmakers began paying out bets on Liverpool winning the Premier League, despite three months remaining in the season.
