Lyon's bus was attacked by fans on the way to the match against Marseille in Ligue 1.

Fans threw stones, breaking the bus's window and hitting the head coach, Fabio Grosso, in the head. He started bleeding, and upon arrival at the Marseille stadium, he had his head bandaged. The coach was urgently taken to the hospital, where a special cast was applied.

The severity of the injuries is currently unknown. An assistant coach and several players were also injured due to the shattered glass.

As a result of this incident, the match has been postponed indefinitely.
