Luka Dončić has announced that he will play in the upcoming NBA playoff game
The fifth NBA playoff game between the Dallas Mavericks and the Boston Celtics will take place overnight on Tuesday, June 18.
There was uncertainty regarding the participation of the star and leader of the Texans, Luka Dončić, before the game. However, the player himself confirmed his participation.
"At this stage of the season, a lot is happening. I'm okay. I will play, I'm fine. So, don't worry," stated Dončić.
In this playoff series, Dončić has played 21 games, averaging 28.9 points, 9.3 rebounds, and 8.2 assists per game.
Additionally, Mavericks' leader Luka Dončić became the club's all-time assist leader in NBA playoff games. In the fourth game of the series against Minnesota (100-105), he recorded 10 assists.
Previously, Dončić became the sixth-youngest player in NBA history to reach the 10,000-point milestone. He achieved this at the age of 24 years and 300 days, needing just 358 games to reach the mark.
