Luis Díaz edging closer to sensational exit as Saudi giants make their move
The future of Luis Díaz could take a dramatic turn as early as this summer.
Details: According to L'Equipe, Saudi powerhouse Al Hilal have launched active negotiations for the transfer of the 29-year-old Colombian winger from Bayern Munich, already preparing an opening bid of no less than €70 million.
Reports indicate that Díaz himself is open to a move to Saudi Arabia, while Al Hilal's management have made him their top transfer target for the current window.
Much now depends on the stance of the club that owns the player's rights. Should talks progress smoothly, Díaz's transfer could become one of the headline deals of the summer.
Luis Díaz joined Bayern from Liverpool in the summer of 2025 for €70 million. Over the past season, the Colombian featured in 51 matches for the Munich side, scoring 26 goals and providing 23 assists.
