Lorenzo Criticizes Peru's Lack of Continuity Ahead of Qualifier

Ahead of the crucial World Cup qualifier between Colombia and Peru, Colombian head coach Néstor Lorenzo has criticized Peru's management for their lack of continuity in the national team's process, according to DSPORTS.
Lorenzo, who has maintained a stable approach since taking charge of the Colombian team, emphasized the importance of respecting long-term processes in international football. "They didn't respect processes," he stated, referring to the frequent changes in Peru's coaching staff in recent years.
The Colombian coach highlighted that stability in the technical staff and long-term planning are crucial for achieving positive results. "We've committed to a sustained project, and that's reflected in the team's performance," he added.
Colombia currently holds a favorable position in the qualification standings, while Peru is striving to stay in contention for a World Cup spot. The upcoming match between the two teams is poised to be decisive for both sides' aspirations in the final stretch of the qualifiers.
