Liverpool continue to impress in the English Premier League. After a convincing 3-0 victory over Crystal Palace in the 10th round, Andoni Iraola's side secured a historic achievement related to their away performances.
According to Opta, the Merseyside club have collected 13 points in away matches this season. That is the best tally among all teams in the English top flight.
What's more, Liverpool have equalled their own record for the number of points earned after the first five away games of a single Premier League season. The club had reached that mark only once before.
The victory over Crystal Palace was further proof of the team's effectiveness away from home. The match ended 3-0, with Alexander Isak, Florian Wirtz and Alexis Mac Allister finding the net.
It should be noted that after 10 matches, Liverpool sit fourth in the table with 18 points.
