Liverpool surges ahead in the race for Hugo Ekitike!

Details: According to Nicolo Schira on social network X, English side Liverpool is on the verge of signing 23-year-old Eintracht forward Hugo Ekitike.
Reports indicate that both parties are already preparing the final paperwork for the agreement, with the player himself agreeing to a contract running until 2030.
Previously, Chelsea and Manchester United had also shown interest in Ekitike, but the striker has made it clear he’s set his sights firmly on joining Liverpool.
Ekitike joined Eintracht in 2024, moving from PSG for €16.5 million, and since then has featured in 64 matches for the club, scoring 26 goals and providing 14 assists—his market value, according to Transfermarkt, has soared to €75 million as a result.
