Liverpool Join Transfer Race for Bazoumana Touré as Hoffenheim Set £43m Valuation

Liverpool have officially registered their interest in winger Bazoumana Touré as they begin early plans to reinforce their attack ahead of the summer transfer window.

The Reds are understood to have taken the first step in the race for the Hoffenheim star, beating rivals including Manchester United and other Premier League clubs to open talks, as they look to reshape their forward line following the expected departure of Mohamed Salah.

Touré has emerged as one of the standout young talents in the Bundesliga this season with Hoffenheim, contributing five goals and 12 assists in 30 appearances across all competitions.

Hoffenheim, however, are under no pressure to sell and are reportedly demanding around £43 million for the 20-year-old winger, who remains under a long-term contract at the club.
