Liverpool enters the race for Sandro Tonali

Details: According to TEAMtalk, Liverpool have joined the race for 25-year-old Newcastle and Italy defensive midfielder Sandro Tonali.
Reports claim the Reds are looking to reach a preliminary agreement with the player regarding a move in the upcoming summer transfer window. In addition to Liverpool, Real Madrid and Juventus are also actively monitoring Tonali.
The source suggests that Juventus are the frontrunners for Tonali, as the midfielder is believed to prefer a return to his homeland.
Tonali joined Newcastle in 2023 from AC Milan for €61 million. Since arriving at St. James' Park, he has become a true leader, making 87 appearances for the Magpies, scoring 7 goals and providing 8 assists.
Tonali's current contract with Newcastle runs until 2028, and his market value is estimated by Transfermarkt at €75 million.
