Reports suggest that despite the arrival of Jeremy Jacquet, the Scousers are very eager to see Quansah return to Merseyside. The key factor in the success of the Quansah transfer will be the outcome of talks with Ibrahima Konaté; if those fall through, Liverpool are ready to make a €60 million offer that could force Bayer to let the player go.
Jarell Quansah joined Bayer Leverkusen from Liverpool in the summer of 2025 for €35 million. Since then, he has made 32 appearances for the German club, scoring 4 goals. His contract with Bayer runs until 2030, and Transfermarkt currently values him at €40 million.
