Littler Admits Man United's FA Cup Exit Affected His Performance in UK Open Final

While the Manchester United vs Fulham match was taking place, the UK Open darts tournament final was also underway, featuring "Red Devils" fan Luke Littler. And the performance of his favorite team had an impact on him.

Details: He learned about the progress of the Manchester United match during his battle with James Wade, and his team's exit made his heart race.

Quote: "During the second break, I found out about Manchester United's defeat, and it spurred me on a bit. I won the next five legs, needed one more stage, and I got the job done.

Before I went out on the floor, it came down to penalties. During the first break, I wasn't thinking about anything. But by the second break, I was already thinking... and then the third session was just incredible," Littler explained.

Reminder: In the end, Littler claimed victory in the tournament, thrashing Wade in the final with a score of 11-2, and defeating Jonny Clayton in the semifinals with a score of 11-6.
