Lille lose penalty shootout to Ligue 2 side after leading 3-0

In the Coupe de France round of 16, Lille hosted Dunkerque in a match filled with drama that ended in a stunning upset.
Details: Lille controlled the game and had plenty of chances to secure victory. The hosts finally broke the deadlock in the 85th minute, and it seemed like they were on their way to the quarterfinals. However, Dunkerque found a last-gasp equalizer in the 96th minute, forcing the game into a penalty shootout.
Lille started the shootout strongly, converting their first three attempts, while their opponents missed the first two. At one point, Lille led 3-0 and appeared to be cruising to victory. However, they shockingly collapsed, converting only one of their next four penalties, while Dunkerque scored all of theirs.
As a result, Lille squandered a 3-0 lead in the shootout and were eliminated by a Ligue 2 team in dramatic fashion.
