The Ligue 1 Matchday 33 clash between Le Havre and Marseille was stopped in the 62nd minute after fans stormed onto the pitch. Referee Willy Delajod immediately led the players off the field, sending them straight to the dressing rooms.
The incident unfolded shortly after Amine Gouiri broke the deadlock in the 56th minute, finishing off a pass from Pierre-Emile Højbjerg. His goal sparked a wild reaction in the stands, with jubilant Marseille supporters and some local fans fueling a surge in the crowd that spilled onto the pitch.
At the time of the interruption, Marseille—holding second place in the table—were leading 1-0. A representative from Le Havre's ultras addressed the crowd, urging calm and hoping for a swift restart. According to preliminary reports, the match was expected to resume at around 22:45.
