Lewis Hamilton stars in hilarious Ferris Bueller's Day Off parody video
Formula 1 star Lewis Hamilton showcased his acting skills in a humorous video parodying the 1986 film Ferris Bueller's Day Off.
On his Instagram page, the racing driver posted a video that is a montage of one of the film's episodes. In the storyline, Hamilton plays a valet who is asked to park a Ferrari. He takes the keys and assures the car's owners not to worry, as he is a professional.
The next scene shows Hamilton and his friend, who turns out to be the famous actor Edward Norton, speeding through the city streets at full throttle. The video concludes with the car being returned to its owners, followed by a voiceover saying, "We got to do this again sometime."
The skit is doubly amusing and ironic, considering Hamilton became a Ferrari team driver this season.
It's worth noting that Lewis himself was thrilled with the shoot and stated that he fulfilled a dream, as Ferris Bueller's Day Off has been his favorite film since childhood.
