Leipzig is not ruling out a move for Castello Lukeba
The French defender is at the centre of speculation ahead of the summer transfer window.
RB Leipzig is not turning a deaf ear to the rumours surrounding Castello Lukeba’s future. After three seasons in the German Bundesliga, the Frenchman could leave the club.
His contract runs until 2029, but RB Leipzig is preparing for a possible departure. Castello Lukeba is being targeted by Aston Villa, Bayern Munich, Manchester United and Arsenal.
However, Leipzig are reportedly willing to let their 23-year-old defender leave, according to Sky Sport DE. Castello Lukeba himself is said to be tempted by the idea of taking on new challenges next season.
The French defender’s release clause stands at €80 million, but Leipzig are reportedly willing to negotiate from around €60 million.
