Legendary Ronaldinho has become co-owner of an American football club
Following the end of his football career, Ronaldinho's financial situation left much to be desired. However, it appears that the legendary player has made significant strides in this regard.
Details: Today, the former Barcelona, AC Milan, and PSG star officially became a co-owner of the American soccer club Greenville Triumph.
Ronaldinho attended the New York Stock Exchange, where he purchased shares of the club in front of journalists.
“It is a great honor for us to welcome Ronaldinho to the Triumph family. His influence in sports is unparalleled, and his presence in our ownership group speaks volumes about the direction we are heading as a club. Ronaldinho’s involvement will not only elevate our club’s stature but also inspire players, fans, and our entire community in northern South Carolina,” said club chairman Joe Erwin.
Greenville Triumph competes in USL League One.
