Former Denmark international, who played for Sevilla and Milan, Simon Kjær has made a decision about his future.
Details: According to insider Nicolò Schira, the Danish footballer has decided to retire from professional football at the age of 35. Until recently, he played for Milan, where he was a leader in defense and became the Serie A champion in the 2021/22 season.
Kjær was also a key player for Denmark's national team. He participated in three World Cups (2010, 2018, and 2022) and two European Championships (2012 and 2020). He ranks second in most matches played for the Danish national team.
Reminder: French striker Karim Benzema, who had a brilliant career at Real Madrid and now plays in Saudi Arabia, may be close to the end of his professional career.
