LeBron James wants to buy an NBA team

The final match of the NBA intraseason tournament, where the Lakers defeated Indiana, took place in Las Vegas on the night of December 10.

Finals MVP LeBron James has expressed his desire to own a basketball team in Las Vegas after his sports career ends.

“My desire to own an NBA team in Las Vegas after my career has not changed. There are great fans in this city and new sports organizations have emerged. An NBA team will complement all of that perfectly”, - LeBron said.

There is currently no NBA team based in Las Vegas, but with the sport's rapid growth in the city, there may be one in the near future. Las Vegas has recently established teams in the NFL and NHL, and has a Major League Baseball team planned to relocate in the future.
