“Learned a lot from him”. Fabregas recalled the game under Conte on the eve of the match with Napoli

Como head coach Cesc Fàbregas recalled playing under Antonio Conte ahead of the match against Napoli in Serie A.
Quote: "Conte is probably the best coach in recent years. He was my coach at Chelsea for two seasons. I wasn’t playing at first, but I learned a lot from him. He made me suffer a bit during training, but I respect him immensely. He showed me things I had never seen before in my career.
He told me at the beginning that I wouldn’t be part of the starting lineup, but he was always respectful. I worked hard and didn’t complain, and after four months, I became a regular starter. I learned a lot from his methods and his mentality.
He constantly questions himself, and he’s made some changes in Napoli compared to his usual system. I think we have also found a system that fits our characteristics,” said Cesc.
Reminder: Before the start of the new season, Fàbregas officially became Como's full-time head coach, dropping the interim tag. He led the team to promotion to Serie A.
