La Liga rejects Barcelona's appeal on new match date with Osasuna
The Royal Spanish Football Federation rescheduled the postponed match between Barcelona and Osasuna for March 27, but the Catalans were dissatisfied and filed an appeal. It has now been revealed whether this helped.
Details: According to official information, the match will not be moved from the new date. Barcelona's appeal has been rejected, and the match will take place on March 27.
It was previously reported that Barcelona's head coach Hansi Flick was furious upon learning that the match would be held immediately after the international break, when some players will not have returned to the club yet.
Raphinha and Araujo are confirmed to miss this clash as they will be with their national teams.
The match was initially set for March 8 but was postponed due to the death of Barcelona's medical staff member Carles Minarro Garcia.
Reminder: Osasuna has also officially announced their intention to file an appeal regarding the match date.
