Valencia has submitted an official request to La Liga seeking the postponement of tomorrow's match against Granada.

The reason behind this request is a tragedy that occurred overnight in Valencia. A fire in a residential building resulted in the loss of four lives, and 19 others sustained injuries of varying severity. The city has declared a period of mourning.

In the coming hours, La Liga will review Valencia's request, and it is anticipated that the match will be rescheduled.

Many clubs, including Real Madrid, have officially expressed their condolences to all those affected.

With 36 points, Valencia currently occupies the eighth position in La Liga, whereas Granada is in the relegation zone, sitting in 19th place.

The 26th-round match between Valencia and Granada was initially scheduled to kick off tomorrow at 14:00 Central European Time.
