Barcelona forward Vitor Roque was hoping to return to Brazil, but he will have to wait a little longer.
Details: According to Gerard Romero, Barcelona had reached an agreement with Palmeiras over Roque’s transfer, but complications have arisen in finalizing the deal.
At the moment, La Liga has blocked the transfer due to legal issues related to terminating his loan at Real Betis.
Reports suggest that the chances of Roque joining Palmeiras before the end of the month are now quite low.
The 19-year-old Brazilian has scored just 4 goals in 22 La Liga appearances this season.
Reminder: Earlier today, Barcelona head coach Hansi Flick was named La Liga’s Manager of the Month.
