Kylian Mbappé shares photo with Real Madrid's player of the season award

Real Madrid superstar Kylian Mbappé has been named the club’s player of the season. To mark the occasion, the Frenchman was presented with a special trophy, a photo of which he shared on his Instagram page.

The forward received the award after a sensational debut season at the club. Mbappé netted 43 goals in 56 matches, helping Real clinch the UEFA Super Cup. This season, the Frenchman also claimed the Pichichi trophy as La Liga's top scorer and was awarded the Golden Boot as Europe’s leading marksman.

“It’s a great honor and a significant moment for me. I want to thank all the Real fans and everyone who voted for me. My first season in Spain has been a new experience for me both as a player and as a person. When I arrived, I had to adapt to the team, the country, a new language, and a new culture. Now I feel fantastic, and that’s evident on the pitch. I’m very happy at Real,” Mbappé said.

It’s worth noting that the season isn’t over for Mbappé yet, as Real Madrid are set to compete in the FIFA Club World Cup, which kicks off in mid-June.
