Mbappé uploaded photos from the match against Borussia Dortmund, adding a caption expressing his reaction to the game.

“Good way to show that I feel better now…🥰 Another important win for the team in an amazing atmosphere here in NYC. See you in semifinals. ¡HalaMadrid!”

It’s worth noting that Real Madrid overcame Borussia Dortmund with a 3-2 victory, and Mbappé, who came off the bench midway through the second half, found the back of the net. This was the Frenchman’s first goal of the tournament.

Let’s recall that Mbappé missed the entire group stage of the Club World Cup due to illness, specifically acute gastroenteritis.

Looking ahead, the Madrid side will face the reigning Champions League winners and Mbappé’s former club, French giants PSG, in the semifinals.
