According to information from sources in Tim Tszyu's team, a clause for a rematch was included in the contract for today's fight against Sebastian Fundora. The team of the former world champion has stated that this clause will be executed.

Earlier today at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Tim Tszyu defended his WBO super welterweight title against Sebastian Fundora. The fight went the full 12 rounds, and Tszyu suffered a defeat to Fundora by a split decision from the judges.

This marked the first defeat in the professional career of the Australian boxer. Tszyu now has 24 wins and one loss, while Fundora holds a record of 22 wins, one loss, and one draw.

Initially, Tszyu was supposed to face American boxer Keith Thurman, but due to Thurman's injury two weeks before the fight, he was replaced by Fundora.
