Korhogo is the winner of the 2026 Ivorian National Cup. Before being crowned on Friday 29 May, Korhogo had to overcome the army club, SOA. It was a thrilling encounter. The match ended 1-1 after normal time, forcing the two sides into extra time. Even then, neither team could break the deadlock.
It was ultimately the penalty shoot-out that decided the outcome between the two finalists. Korhogo proved more clinical, scoring four penalties to SOA’s three. Korhogo thus wins the Ivorian National Cup and secures its place in next season’s CAF Confederation Cup.
