Kompany intends to rip off his former coach

Bayern's new head coach Vincent Kompany has already decided on his transfer priorities as manager of the Recordmeister, and the Belgian has decided to steal from his former coach.

According to TBR Football, Kompany intends to invite two Arsenal players to Bayern: Albert Sambi Lokonga and Oleksandr Zinchenko. The fact that the specialist is interested in inviting a midfielder far from the main clip of the "canoniers", is not at all surprising, if you know one fact.

Kompany co-operated with the 24-year-old Belgian when he was coach of Anderlecht, and it was he who recommended him to Mikel Arteta, but the Spaniard, apparently, does not count on him much, as Sambi Lokonga after a year and a half at the Emirates began to go on loan: first to Crystal Palace, and then to Luton.

The Ukrainian, on the other hand, was at first the main player of Arsenal, but after the injury end of last season Zinchenko had to settle for a place on the bench.

It is noteworthy that in 2016-2019, Kompany was Arteta's ward, as the Spaniard was part of Pep Guardiola's coaching staff at Manchester City, where the Belgian just performed.
