The legendary Egyptian winger, Mohamed Salah, has set yet another record.
Today, Salah scored a goal in the second leg match of the UEFA Europa League Round of 16 against Sparta. Following Salah's strike in the 10th minute, the scoreline in the match became 3-0.
This accomplishment makes Salah the first footballer in Liverpool's history to score 20+ goals in 7 consecutive seasons for the club. He scored 4 goals in the Europa League, 15 in the Premier League, and 1 in the League Cup.
The goal against Sparta was Salah's 206th in 336 matches for Liverpool. He joined the club in the summer of 2017 from Roma for 42 million euros.
