Bayern Munich supervisory board member Karl-Heinz Rummenigge has highlighted the main change in the team following Vincent Kompany's arrival as head coach.

Details: According to the Bayern legend, the atmosphere within the team has significantly improved compared to Thomas Tuchel's tenure.

Quote: "The atmosphere in the team has improved greatly. It's fair to say that last year it wasn't very good. With the new coach, a really positive atmosphere has returned because he handles things efficiently.

We are not only leading the table now, but the quality of play has also improved, which is the most important thing. The quality has returned to the level we had during our incredibly successful years," Rummenigge told Bayern & Germany.

Reminder: Vincent Kompany's Bayern shares the top spot in the Bundesliga with RB Leipzig, both with 17 points after seven rounds.

On Wednesday, October 23rd, Bayern and Barcelona will face off in the third round of the UEFA Champions League. Kickoff in Barcelona is set for 21:00 CET.

By the way, Bayern's sporting director Christoph Freund confirmed earlier that Munich star Jamal Musiala will travel with Bayern for their UEFA Champions League match against Barcelona on Wednesday.
